September Dahlias
Hello from Holly-Bee. It seems like an age since I last posted anything, so thought I would share some goings-on from our Devon flower garden. Summer has gone by in a blur (seriously we’ve no idea how it slipped by so quickly) and now we’re on our way to autumn, and winding the garden down. But for now we’ve still got lots of gorgeous seasonal flowers. The complete stars at this time of year are the Dahlias… Bolshie and showy, but with such charm and with such a variety to choose from; I feel like there is a dahlia to suit any taste or colour palette and I love them! I’ve tried to document the dahlias we’ve grown this year, noting down where I think there may be gaps in terms of colour or shapes, and create next year’s wish list already: keen.
